Clinical Pilates

Pilates is a low-impact exercise program that can be used to strengthen muscles, improve flexibility and improve body awareness. Our Clinical Pilates classes are run by our qualified Pilates-trained physiotherapists utilising reformers and a mixture of small props for extra work and fun. 


We run small semi-private classes with a maximum size of 3 people so we are able to tailor each person’s exercises to their individual abilities and needs. 

We run classes for both people with disabilities, those rehabbing a specific injury and anyone who wants to complement their current exercise program.
